Getting Started An educated person can better make a valid, logical and informed decision. We don't want you to engage in something you do not understand. Part of this procedure is for you to be fully aware of what you are going to go through. We recommend that you thoroughly browse our site-- there is a lot of helpful information that can be learned right here! Once you do that, and if you are interested to learn more about participating in the program, do the following:

1. Download the proper form. Print it out and bring it with you to your consultation.

2. Call your insurance company and find out if you have surgical weight loss benefits/Bariatric Procedure (consult "Insurance FAQs"). If not, we would be happy to talk to you about self-pay and financing options.

3. Sign up for one of our free seminars. Just go to the "Register to Attend a Free Seminar" link and pick the appropriate option!

If you are from out of town, we will make every effort to collect as much information as we can up front so that we can minimize the time you need to spend away from home!
